1. Agreement to these terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to the AKAR SHOT website and every purchase you make from it. The site is operated by Nutrition Pharma LLC ("AKAR SHOT", "we", "us"). By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy and Shipping Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use this site and buy our products. We currently sell and ship to addresses in the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, the United Arab Emirates, Singapore and Hong Kong (see our Shipping Policy). By ordering, you confirm that the information you give us is accurate and that you are allowed to enter into this agreement.

3. Our products

AKAR SHOT is a dietary supplement. It is not a drug and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Statements on this site have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. Individual results vary.

• Take one shot a day. Do not exceed the recommended serving.
• Talk to your doctor before use if you take prescription medication, especially for blood pressure, your heart or blood thinning, or if you have a medical condition.
• Not intended for anyone under 18. Keep out of reach of children.
• Stop use and talk to a doctor if you experience an adverse reaction.

Product images are for illustration. Packaging may change from time to time.

4. Orders and pricing

All prices are in US dollars. Placing an order is an offer to buy; your order is accepted when we ship it. We may refuse or cancel any order, limit quantities, or cancel orders that appear to be placed by resellers or that contain a pricing or typographical error. If we cancel an order you have already paid for, we will refund you in full.

5. Payment

You authorize us and our payment processors to charge the payment method you provide for the total shown at checkout. You confirm that you are authorized to use that payment method. Your card statement will show AKARSHOT.

6. Subscriptions ("Subscribe & Save")

• You can skip, change or cancel anytime before your next billing date in your account or by emailing hello@getakarshot.com. Cancellation stops future charges; it does not refund shipments already charged, except as described in our Refund Policy.
• We will email you a reminder before each renewal and a confirmation when you cancel, as required by applicable law.
• If your subscription price changes, we will tell you before the change takes effect and you can cancel before it applies.

7. Shipping

Shipping times and terms are described in our Shipping Policy. Title and risk of loss pass to you when your order is delivered to the carrier.

8. Returns and our guarantee

Purchases are covered by our 90-day money-back guarantee, described in our Refund Policy.

9. Reviews and your content

If you submit a review, photo, video or other content, you confirm it is your honest experience and that you own it, and you give us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display and share it in connection with AKAR SHOT. We do not edit reviews to change their meaning. If you received a free product or other incentive, you must say so in your review.

10. Intellectual property

The AKAR SHOT name, logo, AKAR-6™ Complex, site design, text, images and other content belong to us or our licensors and are protected by law. You may not copy, reproduce or use them without our written permission.

11. Prohibited uses

You agree not to resell our products without written authorization, misuse the site, interfere with its security, scrape it, submit false information or reviews, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

12. Disclaimers

Except as expressly stated in these Terms and our Refund Policy, the site and products are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

13. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AKAR SHOT will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or products. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the product that gave rise to the claim.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold AKAR SHOT harmless from claims arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the site or products.

15. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Before filing any claim, please contact us at hello@getakarshot.com so we can try to resolve it informally.

16. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above shows when they last changed. Changes apply to orders placed after the update.
