Your privacy matters to us, especially for a men's wellness product. This Privacy Policy explains what personal information Nutrition Pharma LLC ("AKAR SHOT", "we", "us") collects, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have.

Name, email address, phone number, shipping and billing address, order details, subscription preferences, messages you send us, and reviews or photos you submit. Payment card details are collected and processed directly by our payment processors; we do not store full card numbers.

IP address, device and browser type, pages you view, links you click, referring website, and approximate location, collected through cookies, pixels and similar technologies.
Information from partners
Payment confirmations from processors, delivery updates from carriers, and information from advertising and analytics partners.
2. Consumer health data
Because AKAR SHOT is a men's wellness product, the fact that you browsed or bought it may be treated as consumer health data under laws such as Washington's My Health My Data Act and Nevada's consumer health data law. We collect and use this data only to process and deliver your order, provide customer support and operate our store. 7. Emails and texts
You can unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in any email. If you sign up for texts, message frequency varies and message and data rates may apply; reply STOP to cancel or HELP for help. Consent to texts is not a condition of purchase.
8. Data retention
We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above, including to meet legal, tax and accounting requirements, and then delete or anonymize it.
9. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
10. Children
Our site and products are for adults 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18.
11. Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date above shows when it last changed.
