Refund Policy

Our 90-day money-back guarantee, in plain English.

The short version: take AKAR SHOT as directed. If you don't feel the difference within 90 days, email us and we'll refund you. Even if the bottles are empty. No need to send anything back.

1. Our 90-day money-back guarantee

Every AKAR SHOT bundle, including a single bottle, is covered for 90 days from the date your order is delivered. If you are not satisfied for any reason, contact us within that window and we will refund the price you paid for the product. Shipping is free, so there is nothing else to deduct.

The guarantee is limited to one claim per customer and household.

2. How to request a refund

  • Email hello@getakarshot.com or use our contact page with your name and order number.
  • We may ask a quick question about your experience. Your answer does not affect your refund.
  • You do not need to return the product, opened or unopened.

3. When you'll get your money

We approve refunds within 2 business days of your request and send them to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, it can take another 5 to 10 business days to appear on your statement.

4. Subscriptions

You can cancel Subscribe & Save anytime before your next billing date. If a renewal is charged and you meant to cancel, contact us within 14 days of the charge and we will cancel the shipment if it has not left our warehouse, or refund it under this policy.

5. Damaged, defective or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged, leaking or incorrect, email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will send a free replacement or a full refund, whichever you prefer.

6. Lost or stolen packages

7. Exceptions

  • The guarantee covers purchases made on this website. Products bought from unauthorized sellers or third-party marketplaces are not covered.
  • We may decline requests that show signs of fraud or abuse, such as repeated claims or resale.

8. Please talk to us first

If something is wrong, contact us before filing a dispute with your bank. We can almost always fix it faster, and refunds through us arrive sooner than chargebacks.
