Shipping Policy
Free, fast and discreet. Every order, every country we ship to.

The short version: free shipping on every order to the US, UK, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, UAE, Singapore and Hong Kong. Orders placed before 2 PM ET on business days ship the same day, in a plain box. US orders usually arrive in 3 to 5 business days, international orders in [7 to 14] business days.
1. Where we ship
We ship to these 8 countries:
- United States: all 50 states
- United Kingdom
- Canada
- Australia
- New Zealand
- United Arab Emirates
- Singapore
- Hong Kong
We can't ship to other countries yet, so only these countries can be selected at checkout.
2. Shipping cost
Free on every order to every country above, including subscriptions. All prices are in US dollars.
3. Processing time
Orders placed before 2 PM Eastern Time, Monday to Friday, ship the same business day. Orders placed after 2 PM ET, on weekends or on US federal holidays ship the next business day.
4. Delivery time
United States: most orders arrive within 3 to 5 business days after they ship, via USPS or UPS. Remote areas, Alaska, Hawaii and peak seasons can take a little longer.
International: most orders to the UK, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, UAE, Singapore and Hong Kong arrive within [7 to 14] business days after they ship, via our international shipping partner. Customs checks and peak seasons can add a few days.
5. Customs, duties and taxes
Orders shipped outside the United States may be charged import duties, taxes or customs fees by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient. Your bank may also add a currency conversion fee, because our prices are in US dollars.
6. Tracking
We email you a tracking number as soon as your order ships.
7. Discreet packaging and billing
Every order ships in a plain outer box with no product name or logo. Your card statement shows AKARSHOT.
8. Subscriptions
Subscribe & Save orders ship automatically on your schedule. We email you before each shipment so you can skip, change or cancel in time.
9. Address changes and errors
Need to change your address? Contact us within 1 hour of ordering and we'll do our best before it ships. Please double-check your address at checkout; we can't be responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address you provided, but we will always help track them down.
10. Lost, stolen or damaged packages
If tracking shows delivered but you can't find your package, please wait 48 hours and check with neighbors or your building's mail room, then contact us within 14 days of the delivery date. We will file a claim with the carrier and send a replacement once per customer. For damaged items, see our Refund Policy.
