How we handle health-related information about you, and the rights you have over it.

The short version: browsing or buying AKAR SHOT can reveal health-related information about you. We use it only to sell, deliver and support your order. We never sell it, and you can ask us to see it or delete it at any time.
1. Who this policy covers
This Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy applies to consumers in Washington State under the My Health My Data Act, consumers in Nevada under its consumer health data law, and anyone else covered by a similar law. It adds to our Privacy Policy. The business responsible for your data is Nutrition Pharma LLC ("AKAR SHOT", "we", "us").
2. Consumer health data we collect
- The products you view, add to your cart, buy or subscribe to, including AKAR SHOT and AKAR SHOT for Her, and the related order details
- Health or wellness information you choose to share with us in messages, support requests or reviews
- Inferences drawn from the above, such as an interest in men's wellness or sexual wellness products
3. Why we collect it
- To process, ship and support your orders and subscriptions
- To answer your questions and handle refunds under our 90-day guarantee
- To prevent fraud and comply with the law
- With your consent where the law requires it, to measure and improve our advertising
4. Where it comes from
- Directly from you, when you shop, contact us or leave a review
- Automatically from your device and browser when you use our website
- From service providers that process payments and deliver orders for us
5. Who we share it with
We share consumer health data only as needed for the purposes above, with these categories of third parties:
- Our e-commerce platform, payment processors, shipping carriers and fulfillment partners
- Email and customer support providers
- Advertising partners, only with your consent where the law requires it
- Government authorities, when required by law
We do not currently share consumer health data with affiliates.
6. We never sell it
We do not sell consumer health data, and we will not sell it without your separate, written authorization as required by law.
7. Your rights
You have the right to:
- Confirm whether we collect, share or sell your consumer health data
- Get a copy of that data and a list of the third parties we shared it with
- Have that data deleted
- Withdraw any consent you gave us
- Appeal our decision on your request
To make a request, email hello@getakarshot.com with the subject line "Consumer Health Data Request", or use our contact page. We will verify your identity and respond within 45 days. If we decline your request, you can appeal by replying to our decision email with the word "Appeal". If we deny your appeal, you may contact the Washington State Attorney General at atg.wa.gov.
